The hotel, with its traditional style building, was fairly clean and had very pleasant staff. The most important highlight was its particularly good location to the EV charging station. Generally, the service was friendly and the wifi was very good.

The location in Springfield was great, close to local restaurants, Branson, and the city center. Superb service throughout our stay. The room was modern and pet-friendly with comfortable beds.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Best Western. The rooms were consistently clean, and it was convenient to park right outside. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus for me, as I could easily take my dog for walks in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, pet-friendliness, and relaxing atmosphere.
